We offer a 7-day refund and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Requests made after 7 days of receiving the order will not be accepted.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper use are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for all return and exchange delivery charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns, as HAC & SONS is not responsible for lost return shipments.
