Context Plus did not start as a fire alarm company. It began in 1984 as a general electronics manufacturer and gradually shifted into fire detection as UK safety regulations tightened through the 1990s. CFP CONVENTIONAL PANELS (2 to 8 Zones) - The CFP range covers 2, 4, 6 and 8 zone conventional panels. Each zone supports up to 30 detection devices, which means an 8-zone panel can monitor 240 devices across eight separate building areas. All models are LPCB certified to EN54-2 and EN54-4. The panels include four conventional sounder circuits, class change and alert inputs, on-board fire and fault relays and combined keypad or keyswitch entry. Engineering functions include selectable zone delays, coincidence and non-latching zone facilities. Supplied in a flush or surface mountable plastic enclosure. Best for small offices, retail spaces, clinics and buildings where zone-by-zone monitoring is enough.

XFP ADDRESSABLE PANELS (1 Loop, 16 or 32 Zones) - The XFP single loop panel offers addressable accuracy at a competitive price. LPCB certified to EN54-2 and EN54-4 and supplied in a durable metal enclosure. Supports up to 40 loop powered 10mA sounders per loop. Stores 999 events for fault diagnosis. Features include two independently programmable conventional sounder circuits, two programmable inputs, a fault output relay and three programmable relay outputs. Up to eight XFP main panels can be networked together using RS485, which makes the range suitable for larger buildings where multiple panels need to share data. Best for warehouses, hotels, schools and mid-sized commercial buildings.

ZFP ADDRESSABLE PANELS (1 to 8 Loops) - The ZFP range is the top of the Context Plus line. Feature-rich touchscreen-controlled intelligent panels with 40 programmable zonal LED indicators. Available in 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 loop configurations. Supports Apollo XP95 and Discovery communication protocols. Hi-integrity fault-tolerant RS485 networking option allows up to 128 network nodes, which means 64 main panels and 64 compact controllers can work together. Includes 3A or 5A EN54-4 power supply and battery charger. On-board mini-USB connection for PC programming. Dual RS232 connections for thermal printer or ancillary devices. Certified to EN54 parts 2 and 4 by Intertek. Best for large commercial buildings, hospitals, airports and industrial facilities with complex fire logic requirements.

DETECTORS AND AUDIBLE DEVICES - Context Plus offers a full range of addressable and conventional detectors, sounders, call points and interface modules. The UL-Plus multisensor detector combines optical smoke and thermistor temperature sensing in one unit, with Discovery communication protocol and flashing LED options. The UL-Plus heat detector uses a single thermistor for fixed temperature and rate-of-rise modes. Addressable combined sounder beacons provide audible and visual alerts with IP55 weatherproof options. All devices are fully compatible with Context Plus panels and carry the same certification standards. • EN54-4 - The European standard for power supply equipment for fire detection systems. Covers battery charging, backup duration and fault monitoring. All Context Plus panels carry EN54-4 certification.
• LPCB Certification - The Loss Prevention Certification Board is one of the most recognised third-party certification bodies in fire safety.
