About SYSBEL: What Makes This Brand Different

SYSBEL started in 2003 with a focus on environmental safety and employee occupational safety. The company built its reputation on hazardous chemical storage, developing fire-rated cabinets that could meet international standards without the premium price of European brands. By 2014 SYSBEL had become the first Chinese company to obtain FM certification for fireproof safety cabinets from the United States. That certification matters because FM Global tests products by actually trying to burn them, then measuring how long the contents stay below ignition temperature. Not every cabinet manufacturer submits to that level of testing.

SYSBEL FLAMMABLE LIQUID STORAGE CABINETS - Built with double-wall 18-gauge steel construction and a 38mm insulating air gap. Available in 15-gallon (64L), 45-gallon (170L), 60-gallon (204L) and 90-gallon (340L) capacities. Each cabinet includes adjustable shelves rated to 75kg per shelf, flame arresters on the ventilation ports and a leak-proof sump. The powder-coated yellow finish resists corrosion and chemical staining. FM6050, OSHA 1910.106 and NFPA CODE 30 compliant. Best for petrol, solvents, paint, thinners and other flammable liquids with flash points below 37.8°C.

SYSBEL CORROSIVE CHEMICAL CABINETS - Built with a Teflon-coated interior that resists acid attack. Standard steel cabinets corrode within months when exposed to strong acids or bases. The Teflon lining solves that problem by creating a barrier between the chemical vapours and the steel shell. Available in 45-gallon and 90-gallon capacities with a 51mm deep leak-proof sump, dual GA mechanical locks and adjustable steel shelves. Silver-grey finish for easy identification. Optional FM-approved anti-static device available. Best for hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid, nitric acid, caustic soda and other corrosive liquids that would destroy a standard cabinet.

SYSBEL POLYETHYLENE SPILL CONTAINMENT PALLETS - Made from 100% virgin HDPE with excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents and UV exposure. Available in two-drum and four-drum configurations. The oversized sump holds at least 110% of the largest container volume and meets EPA 40 CFR 264.175 and SPCC regulations. Removable anti-slip grates lift out for cleaning and maintenance. Two-way forklift entries allow easy repositioning. Pallets can be nested and stacked when not in use. Best for drum storage, chemical transfer areas and anywhere liquids are dispensed from containers.

SYSBEL PORTABLE EYEWASH STATIONS - Available in 30-litre and 60-litre capacities with optional mobile waste cart. The eyewash uses a unique nozzle design that sprays a balanced height of bubbling water and a radial water column, rinsing eyes gently at a lower speed. Made from polyethylene that complies with FDA regulations for food contact materials. ABS plastic nozzles with food-grade silicone covers. The mobile cart has a 37.5-gallon (142-litre) capacity for waste water collection and measures 86H x 61.5W x 52D cm. Nozzle distance from ground meets ANSI Z358.1 requirements for portable eyewash. Best for chemical plants, laboratories, wastewater treatment plants and outdoor work sites without fixed water supply.

SYSBEL SPILL KITS AND ABSORBENTS - Complete spill response kits in bag, wheeled cart and drum-mounted configurations. Universal kits handle water-based liquids and mild chemicals. Oil-only kits use hydrophobic absorbents that repel water while soaking up oil and fuel. Chemical kits use polypropylene absorbents that resist aggressive acids and bases. Each kit includes absorbent pads, socks, pillows, disposal bags, nitrile gloves and safety goggles. EPA 40 CFR 264.175 and SPCC compliant. • FM6050 - The Factory Mutual standard for flammable liquid storage cabinets. FM approval means the cabinet has been independently tested for fire resistance. SYSBEL was the first Chinese company to obtain FM certification for fireproof safety cabinets.
