Description
The 16 Zone MFP Fire Panel is a microprocessor-based conventional fire alarm control panel designed for reliable zone monitoring and system expansion. It features sixteen conventional zones expandable to twenty-eight using plug-in expansion boards, along with four conventional sounder circuits. Housed in a robust metal enclosure with lift-off lid and heavy-duty base connections, the panel supports multiple fault indications, repeater connectivity, and flexible wiring options without the need for resistors in call points. It accommodates two 12V 7Ah VRLA batteries (not included) and is compatible with most conventional fire detectors, making it a versatile solution for fire safety installations.
- The panel provides sixteen conventional zone circuits that can be expanded to twenty-eight zones using FF501Z plug-in expansion boards for scalable fire detection coverage.
- It is built with a robust metal enclosure featuring a lift-off lid and heavy-duty base connections for durable and secure installation.
- A microprocessor-based design ensures stable operation, reliable monitoring, and accurate fault detection across all zones and circuits.
- The system includes four conventional sounder circuits and supports a non-latching class change sounder input along with latching fire and non-latching fault outputs via an expansion loom.
- Dedicated indicators are provided for open circuit, short circuit, detector head removal, sounder faults, and battery or power supply faults for quick diagnostics.
- The panel supports zone-selectable short circuit as fire facility, eliminating the need for resistors in call points and simplifying wiring.
- It allows connection of up to eight two-wire repeaters, provides space for two 12V 7Ah VRLA batteries (not included), includes a fault buzzer mute facility, and is compatible with virtually all conventional fire detectors.
