The Mobiak 50Lt Foam Trolley Fire Extinguisher is the largest foam unit in the Mobiak range. It is designed for large fuel storage areas, chemical plants, paint shops and industrial sites. These are places where flammable liquid fires (Class B) are a serious risk. Foam forms a blanket over the burning liquid, cutting off the oxygen supply and preventing re-ignition. Unlike powder, foam does not leave a messy residue that is difficult to clean up. BSI Kitemark Certified for Industrial Use
The one-piece seamless vessel is built to withstand temperatures from +5°C to +60°C. The unit carries BSI Kitemark and NCP-KIWA certifications. The cylinder is filled with BSX233 1.5% foam agent. The valve is made from St14 steel and the cylinder body from CuZn40Pb2 brass. A safety valve set between 22 and 28 bar releases pressure if the unit gets over-pressurised. The 5-metre discharge hose allows you to reach into areas that a portable extinguisher cannot.
