ULTITEC is a Taiwanese protective clothing brand launched in 2008 by DEREKDUCK, a company with nearly 30 years of experience in the nonwoven industry. The microporous film laminate PPSB fabric used in the 1800 and 2000 series is developed in-house, which means the company controls the balance between barrier protection and breathability. The 1800 series, for example, has a moisture vapor transmission rate of 7,926 g/m²/24hr, which means sweat escapes while chemical splashes stay out. Same microporous film laminate PPSB fabric with liquid-proof taped seams for enhanced seepage prevention. EN 1149-5 antistatic, EN 1073-2 Class 3 radioactive particulate protection and EN 14126 biological hazard resistance. Chemical resistance to sulfuric acid 30% and sodium hydroxide 10% at Class 3. ULTITEC 2000 PREMIUM PROTECTIVE COVERALL (₨2,800) - Type 5 and Type 6 certified with additional biological protection for infective agents. Microporous film laminate PPSB fabric. EN 14126 certified with blood and fluid penetration at Class 6 and pathogen penetration at Class 6, which is the highest biological protection rating. EN 1149-5 antistatic and EN 1073-2 Class 1 radioactive particulate protection. Chemical resistance to sulfuric acid 30%, sodium hydroxide 10%, o-xylene and butan-1-ol at Class 3. Moisture vapor transmission rate of 7,123 g/m²/24hr. Best for healthcare, pharmaceuticals, disaster management, chemical plants and electronics manufacturing.

ULTITEC 4000 LIQUID JET RESISTANT COVERALL (₨6,500) - Type 3 (EN 14605) liquid jet protection plus Type 4, Type 5 and Type 6. Impervious PE coated fabric with chemical-proof taped seams for maximum barrier performance. EN 1149-5 antistatic, EN 1073-2 Class 2 radioactive particulate protection, EN 14126 biological hazard resistance and EN ISO 27065 pesticide protection. Chemical resistance to sulfuric acid 30%, sodium hydroxide 10%, o-xylene and butan-1-ol at Class 3. Double storm flap zipper, finger loops to prevent sleeve displacement, chinstrap and asymmetrical face elastic for a secure seal. 300D fiber thread at 7 to 9 stitches per inch. Every ULTITEC coverall we stock carries at least one of these certifications. If a product page does not list the specific standard, ask us before you order.

• CE Category III - The highest risk category under Regulation (EU) 2016/425. Covers protection against mortal danger or irreversible injury. ULTITEC garments are certified under this category with Module D accreditation, which means the manufacturing facility is audited by an independent body.
• Type 3 (EN 14605) - Protection against strong liquid jets. The highest level of liquid-tight protection for coveralls. The ULTITEC 4000 carries Type 3 certification.
• Type 4 (EN 14605) - Protection against liquid spray. The ULTITEC 1800T and 4000 carry Type 4 certification for spray-tight performance.
• Type 5 (EN ISO 13982-1) - Protection against airborne solid particles. Covers hazardous dust and dry particulate. The ULTITEC 1800, 1800T, 2000 and 4000 all carry Type 5 certification.
• Type 6 (EN 13034) - Protection against limited liquid chemical splashes. Covers light splash and mist exposure. The ULTITEC 1800, 1800T, 2000 and 4000 all carry Type 6 certification.
• EN 14126 - Protection against biological hazards including bacteria, viruses and bloodborne pathogens. The ULTITEC 2000 carries Class 6 for both blood penetration and pathogen penetration, which is the highest biological protection level.

• EN 1073-2 - Protection against radioactive particulate contamination. Class 1 covers lower-risk particulate protection. Class 2 and Class 3 cover higher-risk environments. The ULTITEC 1800 carries Class 1, the 2000 carries Class 1, the 4000 carries Class 2 and the 1800T carries Class 3.
• EN ISO 27065 - Protection against pesticides and agricultural chemicals. The ULTITEC 4000 carries this certification for agricultural applications.
• ISO 9001:2015 - Quality management system certification covering DEREKDUCK's manufacturing facilities. The company is also a registered supplier to the US FDA.
