The EVO®2 Industrial Safety Helmet is a high-performance protective helmet engineered to deliver superior head protection and exceptional comfort across a wide range of industrial environments. Designed with a tough HDPE shell, the helmet provides outstanding impact resistance and durability, exceeding the performance requirements of the EN 397 industrial helmet standard. It incorporates the advanced Evolution® 3D Adjustment™ harness system with unique 1-2-3 point harness depth settings, ensuring a secure and precise fit for different head sizes and working conditions. The integrated 6-point polyethylene cradle harness system enhances wearer comfort without compromising protection, making it suitable for extended use. For additional convenience, the helmet features the OneTouch™ Slip Ratchet adjustment mechanism, allowing quick single-hand size adjustment during operations. A Chamlon™ cotton core sweatband with porous PU coating improves moisture absorption and comfort while being dermatologically tested and pH neutral. The helmet also includes universal accessory slots for secure attachment of compatible safety visors and ear defenders, and the non-vented version provides electrical insulation compliance with EN50365 Class 0 (10KV) for work near live electrical installations.
