Sysbel Range Available at Hacsons

The safety cabinet range covers flammable liquid cabinets, corrosive chemical cabinets and pesticide storage cabinets. The flammable liquid models are FM approved and meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.106 and NFPA CODE 30. They use high strength steel with corrosion resistant powder coating and multi layer fire insulation. The EN fire resistant series carries a 90 minute rating under EN 14470-1 and TUV Rheinland certification. Sizes range from small under bench units to large floor standing cabinets. We also stock battery charging cabinets for lithium battery safety.

The spill containment range covers polyethylene pallets for drums and IBCs. These are made from 100% virgin HDPE with one piece injection molding. No welded seams that can crack. They resist acids, alkalis, solvents and UV exposure. The two drum pallet SPP102H has a 220 litre sump and is priced around Rs 52,300. The SYD950 overpack drum is a 95 gallon unit used for emergency spill response and damaged drum containment. Larger IBC pallets are available on request.

The spill kit range covers chemical spill kits in overpack drum format. The SYK201 is a 90 litre chemical spill kit with absorbents and emergency tools packed inside a drum. It is priced around Rs 180,700. Each kit integrates absorbent materials and tools so operators can respond quickly to oil and chemical leaks. We also stock oil-only and universal spill kits in different sizes.

The absorbent range covers pads, rolls, socks and pillows. Oil-only, chemical-only and universal types are available. The OP0002W oil-only absorbent pad is priced around Rs 900. These pads absorb up to 6 to 8 times their weight with no leaching. They have a spill resistant backing to keep floors clean. SPL001 is a small polypropylene containment tray for laboratory benches and workstations.

The eyewash and safety shower range covers wall mounted and floor mounted units. The WG7053FG is a stainless steel and AES plastic combination unit with eyewash and safety shower. It is priced around Rs 62,000. These are required by OSHA and ANSI standards wherever employees handle corrosive chemicals. We also stock portable gravity fed eyewash units for remote locations.
