The Aluminized Suits for Foundry (1000°C) are engineered for extreme high-temperature industrial environments where maximum thermal and radiant heat protection is critical. Manufactured from an advanced aluminized carbon para-aramid blend, the fabric integrates 50% PREOX, 27% fiberglass, and 23% aramid to deliver exceptional strength, flexibility, flame resistance, and durability. The aluminum coating is fused to the substrate in a manner that prevents easy peeling, ensuring long-lasting reflective performance. This material reflects radiant heat up to 2000°F and provides reliable contact heat resistance up to 500°F (260°C), making it suitable for molten metal operations. The carbon core enhances flame and chemical resistance while maintaining softness and flexibility, and the fabric contains no rubber components. Certified under EN ISO 11612 and ASTM F955 standards, the suit demonstrates outstanding resistance to molten aluminum and iron splashes.
